Our Employee of the Month program is a testament to our dedication to celebrating the individuals who go above and beyond in their roles.

We recognise and reward all nominated employees throughout the month at both our Balcatta and Mirrabooka locations. A winner is drawn from all the nominated employees during the month and becomes Employee of the Month and receives a prize. The Employee of the Year is drawn from the pool of Employees of the Month, and they too receive a special prize to say thank you. Taking the time to nominate staff is what makes the program work. We believe that every exceptional effort deserves recognition in its own right and should not be valued more or less than any other, which is why every nominee is randomly drawn.

We encourage every team member to actively participate by nominating their peers, celebrating their achievements, and fostering a supportive and encouraging workplace culture.

Employee Assistance Program

All of us, regardless of our roles, often face difficult or challenging personal and/or work related situations that may affect our quality of life. That’s why MYVISTA offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Access Wellbeing Services.

An EAP is a FREE voluntary and confidential counseling service made available to our employees (and in some cases immediate family members). With privacy guaranteed, you can contact their team of highly qualified and experienced psychologists. social workers and counselors anytime 24/7
