MYVISTA held its inaugural Customer Advisory Committee meeting on 22 February 2024.

The Customer Advisory Committee is comprised of MYVISTA customers receiving our services in Home Care, Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care and/or for Residential Aged Care their nominated representative / family member.   The committee will serve a multifaceted purpose, including:

  • Providing insights and feedback on strategic goals, priority areas and issues from a customer perspective.
  • Advocating for customers and providing another feedback mechanism and voice for customers.
  • Providing feedback on their lived experience of aged care services and considered responses to quality of care and services provided by MYVISTA.
  • All feedback and discussions to be provided to the MYVISTA Board for consideration and response.

We are excited to hear from the members going forward to hear their lived experiences, wisdom, passion, and contributions to making a difference in the lives of our customers and stakeholders. One initial project will be to support MYVISTA in the development of a Visitor Code of Conduct.
